The project aims to establish 4 real-time sea level stations in Myanmar (1), Philippines (1), and Vietnam (2) for monitoring earthquakes, for tsunami early warning. Key activities include site survey to determine location appropriate for tsunami warning; the design and construction of seismic vaults; equipment acquisition; and on-site installation, telemetry, and reliability testing
