Lolita oversees program and project design and development, resourcing and implementation, monitoring and reporting, and evaluation and learning. She also supports RIMES institutional development processes.

Lolita is experienced in project design and management, capacity building design and delivery, and documentation and sharing of learning. She has 15 years of experience in climate forecast application, and 10 years of experience in early warning system development.

Prior to RIMES, she worked at the Asian Disaster Preparedness Center in Thailand, and in the academic sector in the Philippines. Lolita holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand, and Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Saint Louis University, Philippines.

Dusadee Moya, MA

Human Resource and Administration Officer

Dusadee leads the development and implementation of human resource and administration policies, procedures, and programs.

Dusadee has 24 years experience in human resource and administration. Prior to RIMES, she worked at Asian Disaster Preparedness Center, and in various business organizations in United Arab Emirates and Thailand. Dusadee holds a Master’s degree in Arts, with major in language and communication, from National Institute of Development Administration, Thailand; and Bachelor’s degree in Arts, with major in journalism and mass communication, from Thammasat University, Thailand.

Sujinda Rungrungaroon

Finance and Administration Assistant

Sujinda provides finance and administrative support to RIMES. She worked for different private companies in Thailand. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the Rajamangala University of Technology, Thanyaburi, Thailand.
