Training for local service providers and farmers on weather forecast application and climate resilient farming approaches held in Bangladesh

Training on forecast applications for local service providers were recently conducted in Kurigram and Gaibandha of Northern Bangladesh in order to improve anticipatory decision-making in the agriculture, livestock, and fisheries sectors and assist them in better preparedness for the next monsoon season.

On Thursday, October 20, 2022, the Regional Integrated Multi-Hazard Early Warning System (RIMES) hosted the first hybrid workshop on the Regional Resilience Data and Analytics Services (RDAS) and various sectoral decision support systems (DSSs) at the Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok, Thailand.
