Position Title: Information, Communication and Knowledge Management Specialist

Position Description:
The Information, Communication and Knowledge Management (ICKM) Specialist, reporting to the Project Director through the Project Coordinator and Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, develops and implements the project’s ICKM strategy.

RIMES Program Unit, 2nd Floor Outreach Building, 58 Moo 9 Paholyothin Rd., Klong Nung, Klong Luang, Pathumthani, Thailand

Minimum Qualifications:

Knowledge: At least Bachelor’s degree in communication arts, international development, or other relevant social science

Experience: Demonstrated experience in formulating and implementing an ICKM strategy; At least 4 years of experience in organizational learning and in capturing and communicating knowledge from development projects

Skills and Abilities: English proficiency in communication, presentation, and report writing; Demonstrated research skills; Demonstrable ability to package information for different audiences

Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, with ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities; Flexibility and ability to work hard independently and in a team; Takes ownership of all responsibilities of the position; Excellent work ethic
